We sell brand-new, authentic products. Specifications, images and descriptions are provided for guidance and may be updated by manufacturers without notice.

Prices are shown in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep pricing and stock accurate, but errors can occur; if we discover a pricing or availability error after you order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the affected items.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once our team accepts it. We accept cash on delivery, Mobile Money (MTN & Airtel), bank transfer, and online payment where available.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already paid.

We deliver across Uganda and offer store pickup. Delivery fees depend on your location and are confirmed at checkout or by our team. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.

Please provide accurate delivery details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

Products carry the applicable manufacturer warranty. The duration and terms vary by brand and product. Our team can help you start a warranty claim where one applies.

All content on this site (logos, text, images) belongs to Ario Store or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Ario Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ugandan consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and disputes are subject to the courts of Uganda.
