When can I take the device home?
As soon as you've paid 80% of the agreed price. If you've successfully completed a plan with us before, you qualify for early release at just 50%.
Can I pay the balance off early?
Yes — pay any amount, any time. There's no penalty for finishing early, and your plan completes the moment the balance reaches zero.
What if I miss a payment?
Life happens. You get a 7-day grace window past your agreed schedule before a plan is even marked late, and we'll always talk to you before anything else. Plans more than three weeks behind may be paused or cancelled.

Just a valid ID and your deposit — visit us at Mabirizi Complex, 3rd floor, Kampala, or get in touch and we'll set everything up.
