Returns & Refund Policy
How to return or exchange an item, and how refunds work.

1. Our promise
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains when and how you can return an item for a refund or exchange.
2. Return window & condition
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories and free gifts included.
Proof of purchase (your order number or receipt) is required for every return.
3. Items that can't be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened — for example in-ear earphones/earbuds, and any item with broken manufacturer seals — unless they are faulty.
Gift cards and clearance items marked non-returnable are final sale.
4. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.
Items that develop a fault within the warranty period are handled under the applicable manufacturer warranty.
5. How to start a return
Contact our team with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm whether the item qualifies and guide you on returning it to us or arranging collection.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or by Mobile Money / bank transfer where appropriate), typically within 7–14 business days.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
7. Exchanges
Prefer a different item? Where stock allows, we can exchange an eligible return. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
